1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. The estimated processing time for these items will be indicated on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $8.00. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $15.00. Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their order.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email or on our website.

5. Packaging

  • All jewellery items are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Gift packaging is available upon request. Please select the option during checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@loble.com.au so we can assist in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@loble.com.au. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.
